BrightCare Health is hiring a Care Coordinator to join the team in Manchester. Coordinate care schedules and support high-quality service delivery for patients and families.

This is a Permanent role in the Healthcare area with a salary range of 31500 – 47500.

What you will do

• Plan rotas and match care staff to client needs.
• Maintain accurate care notes and compliance records.
• Handle inbound queries from clients, families, and care workers.
• Escalate safeguarding or service quality concerns quickly.
