Finance Analyst

Northstar Finance is hiring a Finance Analyst to join the team in Birmingham. Support commercial decision-making with accurate reporting, forecasting, and insight.

This is a Hybrid role in the Finance area with a salary range of 35000 – 51000.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analysis.
• Maintain forecasting models and budget trackers.
• Partner with department leads to explain financial trends.
• Improve reporting quality using Excel, BI tools, or SQL.
