This is a Permanent role in the SaaS area with a salary range of 52500 – 68500.
What you will do
- Own onboarding plans for new customers and key accounts.
- Run regular check-ins, success reviews, and product adoption sessions.
- Identify risks early and coordinate support or product follow-up.
- Track customer health, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
