1. Scope
This Agreement applies to employers purchasing Recrovia recruitment services.
2. Services
Services may include job advertising, candidate search, recruitment support and other services purchased from time to time.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed pricing. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers must provide accurate vacancy information and comply with applicable employment and data protection laws.
5. Recruitment Services
Where Recrovia provides optional recruitment services, employers remain responsible for their own recruitment decisions.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information received during the business relationship.
7. Suspension and Termination
Recrovia may suspend services for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use.
8. Liability
Liability is subject to the limitations set out in the Employer Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
