Role Overview
Support Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeships in Brickwork, Carpentry and Plastering as a Multi Skills Construction Learning Coach.
What you will do
• Deliver practical training and teach core trade techniques.
• Manage a learner caseload and assess progress.
• Provide feedback and keep learner records up to date.
• Visit employer workplaces and maintain productive relationships.
What we are looking for
Construction or multi-skills experience in Brickwork, Carpentry or Plastering, strong health and safety knowledge, coaching ability and a full driving licence. A relevant trade qualification and Level 2 English and Maths are essential. Teaching, assessor and apprenticeship-delivery qualifications are desirable.
