1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of any Candidate Services offered by Recrovia, including CV writing, interview coaching, career mentoring and any additional career support services.
2. Services
Descriptions of services, availability and any applicable fees will be published on the platform when the services are launched.
3. Bookings
Where bookings are available, candidates must provide accurate information and attend scheduled sessions on time.
4. Payments
Where services are chargeable, payment terms, accepted payment methods and cancellation rights will be displayed before purchase.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates remain responsible for the accuracy of information provided, employment decisions, applications and interview performance.
6. No Guarantee
Recrovia does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment or career progression as a result of using Candidate Services.
7. Intellectual Property
Templates, guides, written material and coaching resources remain the intellectual property of Able Personnel UK Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements will be set out alongside each service and any applicable Refund Policy.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected while providing Candidate Services will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
Recrovia may amend these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
