Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to support Level 3 apprentices across Manchester.
What you will do
• Deliver high-quality practical and theory coaching four to five days each week.
• Manage a caseload, milestones and learner progress.
• Provide clear feedback, gather evidence and maintain compliant records.
• Build positive relationships with learners and employers.
What we are looking for
Industry and training or education experience, strong communication and organisation skills, and confidence working independently in the field. TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32 or D33 qualifications and knowledge of apprenticeship funding standards are desirable.
